We aim to help you get your startup through the initial phase of starting up. We specifically look to work with founders from the beginning, often when you have not much more than a good idea but a strong understanding of the problem you are trying to solve.
Depending on the type of company you want to start, this could mean different things but typically it means getting enough traction to get to the next stage of growth or fundraising.
The Startup SG Founder (SSGF) scheme by Enterprise Singapore aims to encourage first-time entrepreneurs to start their own innovating business through mentorship and financial support, provided by the government and supported by Enterprise Singapore (ESG)-appointed Accredited Mentor Partners (AMPs). StartupX is an Accredited Mentor Partner (AMP) supporting startups in their application for the Startup SG Founder Grant. We actively mentor and support early-stage founders in Singapore in their entrepreneurial journey.
Starting from Feb 2022, we have introduced SpaceX, a structured programme to support the startups that apply for the Startup SG Founder Grant with us. Through the programme, we work alongside our startups and provide them with essential tools, resources and network for you to grow. We provide you with access to curated startup educational materials to meet with each team’s professional and personal development needs and interests.

Having successfully worked with over 2,000 startups through our programmes, we are excited to work with the entrepreneurs that come through our doors to the next stage. Over the past year, all of our recommended startups successfully received grant funding from Enterprise Singapore and they are on track to achieving the milestones they've set.
If you find it challenging to secure the funding to get started, StartupX would be able to co-fund the application and invest the S$20,000 required. A small portion of your startup’s equity will be exchanged for the S$20,000 funding. On top of the funding, we will provide guidance and knowledge to jumpstart your startup. We hope to boost your startup’s growth and overcome the initial challenges with you through our business expertise.
We're founders too and the most important thing we'll be doing is to guide you through your startup journey and provide the support you need. We've not only worked with thousands of startups but also tried many of our ideas. As a result, we can help you with your validation, growth, and development roadblocks.
